Alleluia Orchestra fulfills our mission of connecting people with Jesus by glorifying Him with our music and message through local and international concerts and mission trips.

FALL 2025 concerts and the retirement of our beloved Ministry & Music Director, Dr. Bruce Pearson

After six years, Dr. Bruce Pearson has retired from the helm of Alleluia Orchestra. Through prayer and listening to the Lord, Bruce founded Alleluia Orchestra, along with our sister orchestra, Twin Cities Praise Symphony. And his love of sharing the gospel message through sacred orchestral concerts extended throughout Minnesota, Arizona, Italy and Switzerland!

We were blessed to bring our music and message to Bellevue Height Church in Sun City, AZ on October 26th, and Illuminate Church in Scottsdale on November 1st.

One of the greatest blessings for our musicians is to hear about the impact that our concerts have. Pastor David Tomb from Bellevue Heights Church wrote us this beautiful note:

Dear Bruce,

Thank you for a glorious afternoon of music unto our Lord from Alleluia Orchestra. BHC hosts some ten varied concerts each year. All are well received and attended and, by and large, inspiring. The response to what you brought to us on Sunday I can only describe as one of “holy shock and awe.”

In my 19 years at BHC the orchestras we have engaged have been in support of a choral event. This was the first event that was primarily orchestral by gifted musicians intending only to celebrate Jesus. From the first downbeat those in attendance were mesmerized in sight and sound, captured by the Spirit of God as you drew us into a season of worship that was tender, exhilarating, awe-inspiring and holy.

Alleluia Orchestra redefined for BHC the value and beauty of worship through the vast color and richness of orchestral music dedicated to the honor and glory of our Lord. The niche you serve in Christendom is vastly important in our music saturated society. Alleluia Orchestra is a rare find and our thanks to Ted Faszer for connecting us with you, Bruce, to bring this event to pass. “O……..what a night.”

Thank you, Bruce, and Alleluia Orchestra for bringing elegance and excellence to the phrase “Soli Deo Gloria.”
I hope and pray that BHC is blessed to host Alleluia Orchestra on another occasion in the future, believing that there will be a growing demand among churches for your sacred offering of worship and praise, your prime directive.

May your hearts be filled with His pleasure as you continue to make beautiful Kingdom music together.
Yours and His,
David Tomb
Associate Pastor

SPRING 2025 concerts were a blessing!

Thank you to the leadership and community of First Baptist Church Chandler for hosting Alleluia Orchestra on March 9th! And thank you to the leadership and community of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church for hosting Alleluia Orchestra on March 2nd! All were blessed by the powerful sounds of the Alleluia Orchestra and tenor, David Britton, and the Phoenix Irish Step Dancers! And the pastors of both churches gave tremendous gospel messages that encouraged all to know the Savior, Jesus Christ. Check out our photos and recording.

We had an AMAZING time praising our Lord with Shepherd of the Desert Lutheran Church community’s Mountain View Campus in Scottsdale, AZ on February 25, 2024! Check our our Facebook Live feed from Shepherd of the Desert (but fast forward to about minute 8:45 to skip the silly pre-concert chatter…)

We were also SO BLESSED to join St. Anthony on the Desert Episcopal Church in Scottsdale, AZ on March 3, 2024! Our Lord was praised! The Reverend Holly Herring and her community of believers welcomed our orchestra, and we loved raising support for the church’s community projects. Check out our Facebook live stream and listen to the joyful music!

Fall 2023 Concerts

What a blessing to be with Apache Wells Community Church, on October 29, 2023 for our Concert of Hope! The Lord was praised and the congregation blessed. Pastor Jon Evans gave a passionate call to open our hearts to the grace and mercy of Jesus Christ, and accept His gift of salvation for eternity. Their volunteers blessed our musicians with lovely refreshments and a time to get to know each other after the concert. Click here to watch the livestream on our Facebook page. Your heart will be warmed hearing our soloists, Julie Michael and Mike Weisner.

Thank you to La Casa De Cristo Lutheran Church in Scottsdale, AZ on October 23, 2023! Pastor Matt Knopf delivered a clear invitation to know the Amazing Grace that Jesus so freely gives once we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior. We had a terrific Concert of Hope in your lovely sanctuary on October 22, 2023!. Check out our Facebook live stream!

Spring 2023 Concerts

Thanks to Desert Hills Bible Church in Glendale AZ for hosting our Concert of Hope on April 23, 2023! Desert Hills Bible Church’s choir joined us for “When I Survey the Wonderous Cross”, and such beautiful worship was raised to our Lord in acknowledging that His sacrifice is greater than our personal successes, as the first verse conveys:

“When I survey the wondrous cross
On which the Prince of Glory died
My richest gain I count but loss
And pour contempt on all my pride”

Thanks to Grand Canyon University for partnering with us on October 23, 2022 with our Concert of Hope! The GCU Wind Ensemble played for the Lord, with beautiful songs of “Jericho”, “Beautiful Savior”, “Blessed Are They”, and “Amazing Grace”. Thank you to Paul Koch, Director of Bands, who led their ensemble in these powerful songs! Alleluia Orchestra then played several orchestral worship songs, including “O Worship the King”, with a sweet violin solo from Karen Schreck. We also played an Arizona premier of “And God Cried”, orchestrated by Larry Wendt, with soloist Cathy Wendt. It was a wondering afternoon of worship! Watch the concert here.

Spring 2022 Concerts

We thank God for the two wonderful concerts, titled “Concert of Hope”, that Alleluia Orchestra was able to provide to our friends at Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church on March 27, 2022 and FBCScottsdale on March 20, 2022. We are grateful for the joyous praises lifted high to our Lord! View our photos on Facebook! Check out Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church’s concert recording on their Facebook page! (A few technical difficulties cut the recording into a few pieces, so just scroll through their feed and you’ll see the entire concert!) Our concert supported FHPC’s efforts to aid Ukrainian refugees through Samaritan’s Purse. And check out FBCScottsdale’s recording on their YouTube channel! Our concert helped to raise funds for a much needed technical investment to support their worship efforts.

Also, we are grateful for the promotional support we received from KFLR Radio, and Old Town Scottsdale.
